I just read an article entitled, “It’s the Values, Stupid” and it made me sit up and take notice. The author addresses the real issues at stake with the upcoming Republican Primary Race. While issues such as Immigration, Economy, Health Care & the War in Iraq are significant…the ones that matter most to what makes a Republican a Republican are the Family Values.

Why we have candidates running for the Republican ticket that are so blatantly anti-traditional family & the sanctity of life, boggles my mind. And if we as a party don’t wake up, we’re going to be faced with a choice of social liberal vs social liberal come November 2008.

I urge you to read this article because each candidate’s view on the values issue is laid out clearly…no mudslinging, just simple statements of where each candidate stands including links to reliable sources.
