From the Desk of Carrie WigalDATE: October 24, 2021 SUBJECT: Housing The American Dream where everyone in America had the opportunity to own their own home on a plot of land they could call their own seems to be a thing of the distant past. For many in the American middle class, owning a home meant taking out a mortgage and having 25-30 years to repay the loan. And as long as one met his/her monthly debt payment obligation, he/she had the hope of one day paying off the bank and resting secure in his/her own home and passing it on to his/her heirs. Unfortunately, in the spring of 2020, the American economy took a major hit. Many employees lost their jobs & many businesses were forced to close their doors, never to open again. And now, in the fall of 2021, many more Americans are either losing, or are at risk of losing, their employment and thereby their incomes. As a result, many homeowners will be confronted with the unlikelihood of meeting their mortgage obligations unless they do something drastic. Meanwhile, I don't know how much longer the dollar will stand. I believe there is a controlled demolition taking place to not only our economy but also our currency with the intent of destroying the Middle Class and ushering in a new Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), respectively. When the dollar fails -- and it will fail, it seems to me that there may be a debt conversion plan of some sort that may be offered to indebted homeowners to help them stay in their homes, provided they transition to using the new currency. Of course, I may be wrong about this debt conversion idea, but it is pretty clear to me that the Powers-That-Be want more control over the people, and they fully intend to employ this new CBDC. Given all of this, I believe indebted homeowners will be confronted with a choice: to remain subservient to the Banks & stay in their homes (although they may lose the ability to own it themselves), or do whatever they can now to pay off their mortgage quickly and find housing they can afford. Personally, I would rather cut all ties with the banks & not convert to the CBDC. And if I am not able to meet any outstanding secured debt obligations using US Dollars, then I am prepared to either sell off or surrender those assets. If you are an indebted homeowner, I strongly encourage you to take a sober look at your personal situation and make some hard decisions. The Powers-That-Be have an agenda and they are pulling out all the stops to meet that agenda. Where do you want to be at the end of the day? What is most important to you? What are you willing to give up and/or do to get what you want? I could be wrong about all of this, but this is how I see it at this moment. If you are dedicated to coming out of the System and find yourself homeless, in need of a place to stay, and you are willing to work to better yourself & help those willing to provide a safe place for you, then please reach out to me, and I will see what I can do to help you out.
